How do product images compare to the actual products?

Every piece is handmade from scratch, making it truly one of a kind. Because of this, slight variations from the product images are part of its natural character.For ceramics, dimensions may vary slightly and our in-house glazes can shift in tone from batch to batch, creating subtle, beautiful differences.For other objects, colour may vary depending on the materials available at the time of making.These variations are not imperfections—they’re part of the process. Decriptions and Colours

The product description and sizes are described and photographed as accurately as possible. All of our items are handmade. Hence, please allow a slight variation on size and colour. Please also note that due to the different settings in monitors the colours might also vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. We make our own glaze for our own ceramic pieces. The colour might vary slight from different batches.  If you need any further clarification, kindly contact us before ordering.

Availability and Backorders

There are many products ranging from different sizes, patterns, colours and materials. As each piece is handmade from scratch, it is not always possible to have each option available at all times. Products that are in stock - please allow 2-3 working days for us to pack and send out the order. Backorder means that the item is currently not in stock and it will be make it specially for you!  For backorders, the turnaround for ceramics item is usually about 6-9 weeks, other objects will require about 1-2 weeks. Please allow additional 2 weeks during festive seasons. These are excluding delivery time. Do also note that if you place an order, with one or more backorders, the order will not be sent out until all items are ready. Please reach out if you need it urgently, send me an email and we can make arrangements!

Prices and Secure Payment

All prices in store are in AUD Australian Dollars. Price in the product listing does not include shipping. The price of shipping are calculate upon checking out. We use secure payment system like Stripe - accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details will be stored in our system.

Delivery

Please ensure that the address you have provided is correct. We are not responsible for missing orders that are delivered to the wrong address. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that needs to re-deliver.

Does the delivery comes with tracking?

Yes, all of our shipping options come with tracking as I would hate for my hard work to go missing. In the event that your parcel goes missing, please reach out so that I escalate this to the courier.

I need the item urgently. How can I get it?

Accepted Answer

We would suggest you to opt for the Express shipping. I will be mailing it from Brisbane, Australia. The delivery time depends on your location.If you're local, you can opt for free local pick-up from the home studio here in Brisbane!

Question 8

The parcel that I received is damaged. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

We try our best to pack our items so that they survive rough deliveries but unforeseen circumstances do happen.If you have received a damaged parcel, please reach out to us within 1 business day. Submit to us a photo of the packaging, the parcel label (clearly showing the reference number) and the damaged item all in a single photo to claim for your replacement. Alternatively, we can also refund you the cost of item, less the shipping fee when the photo is provided.

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

For every order, a tracking link will be provided once we have fulfilled them. Please check your emails and track the parcel via the link provided. If you did not receive any tracking link, feel free to reach out to us! If your parcel goes missing, we will gladly replace another one after rectifying the situation. No cancellation is allowed.Do also ensure that your purchase does not fall under the backorder category. Backorders are made to order which includes waiting time for us to do our magic.Additional waiting time of 2 weeks will be automatically added during festive periods.  Please also ensure that the address you have provided is correct as we are not responsible for missing orders that are delivered to the wrong address. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that needs to re-deliver.

Item is not what i expected. Can I return it?

Yes, you can return the item unless it has not be used. Please ensure that the item is returned in a re-saleable condition within 1 week from the delivery date. Full purchased price of the item will be refunded to you, less the shipping.
