All items are handmade from scratch, making each piece 100% unique and one-of-a-kind. As a result, they might look slightly different from the product images. For ceramics products, sizes may vary slightly, and the glazes, which are done by us, might sometimes vary in color depending on the batch. For upcycled plastic products, the color of plastics depends on the materials we have at the moment. Rest assured, we put in 101% effort into making our products! If you have any queries about the product, please feel free to reach out to us.

The product description and sizes are described and photographed as accurately as possible. All of our items are handmade. Hence, please allow a slight variation on size and colour.

Please also note that due to the different settings in monitors the colours might also vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.

We make our own glaze for our own ceramic pieces. The colour might vary slight from different batches.

There are many products ranging from different sizes, patterns, colours and materials. As each piece is handmade from scratch, it is not always possible to have each option available at all times.

Products that are in stock - please allow 2-3 working days for us to pack and send out the order.

Backorder means that the item is currently not in stock and it will be make it specially for you!

For backorders, the turnaround for ceramics item is usually about 6-9 weeks, plastic items will be about 1-2 weeks. Please allow additional 2 weeks during festive seasons. These are excluding delivery time.

Do also note that if you place an order, with one or more backorders, the order will not be sent out until all items are ready.

Please ensure that the address you have provided is correct! We are not responsible for missing orders that are delivered to the wrong address. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that needs to re-deliver.
